From what I remember about Dual Processor PCs is you must be sure
that the OS is capable of taking advantage of both processors. When
you acquired your pc did you do a fresh install of Win2K or WinXP? If
you used an old install it might not have the dual processor code
installed. Only a fresh intsall of the os will enable the use of dual
processors.
