Richard-
This is a difficult one to nail down - it could be your ISP is throwing you
off the connection or the server at the other end is experiencing difficulties.

If you couldn't connect up at all I'd suspect it was a firewall. Have you
tried connecting to the internet using a different ISP and trying again?
It's a matter of deduction with these probs...
