Jeff, the N8 is the Celestron NexStar 8. I have 40 years experience
in amateur astronomy and know when something doesn't work. ASCOM in
SNP4.x doesn't work with my telescopes, period. My telescopes work
with ECU and the N8 worked in SNP3.x ASCOM. WinCTC works with Guide
to the limited extent described. I'm not about to turn this into a
pissing contest. I asked for enhancements in Guide so I can
effectively use my telescopes with that software. Bill can choose to
do those enhancements or not. You have your closely held opinions, I
have mine. Let's end this nonsense.
