Bill, but instead of burning a few sets of the 110 CD-ROMs needed for the
USNO-B.1, couldn't you put it on 8-9 DVDs?
This could make spreading more easy, because now the number of people with
DVD burning capabilities is growing up, even if slowly due to the price of
DVD-RW systems.
What do you think about?
