Time zone trouble / Mag label limit

Hi Bill,
1.
some time ago I asked you about using UT at Guide (with using time update
with "F3") at a PC that's running at local time.
For this purpose you added the line TOFFSET to GUIDE.dat. This worked fine
for me all the time.
Now I recognized that I have one hour to much correction at GUIDE. Living at
CET, GUIDE now subtracts two hours instead of one for UT.
Setting TOFFSET now to zero, GUIDE uses the time correction as it should be.
Do you have changed something at GUIDE, that makes the line T_OFFSET not
necessary anymore?
I'm using the update Dec. 6. and the time fix update from Dec. 16.

At menu "Display... Star display", I would like to have an improvement for
"Mag label limit". It would be great if there would be an option "Shown at"
for the display at user-defined levels only - similar what we have for the
"User added datasets". It's annoying zooming back and the screen gets
crowded, if I forgot to turn the labeling off again.
Thanks,
Oliver
