Hi folks,

The bug reports have dried up, so I am posting an "official"
update (i.e., you get it by going to http://www.projectpluto.com
and clicking on "updated software.")

The only changes from the late November version posted at
'new.htm' are fixes to assorted bugs, almost all of them ones
mentioned on this list. Basically, I felt that the code was
stable now, and I should post it before venturing off into new
features that will probably destabilize things.

I have two such features in mind. First, I think I've found
a simple way to add images to the background without having to go
through Charon. You'll be able to tell Guide to take an image
(JPEG, GIF, etc.) and stretch it over the CCD frame. Move that
frame around, spin/resize it, until the orientation is right;
you can then click "OK" and Guide will add it to the background,
and you can move on to the next image.

Second, I should (finally!) be able to post a corrected scope
control system, one more useful and less user-abusive than the
present one.
