using the wheel to zoom may be redundant, but if you ignored the cursor position
when zooming with the wheel, Guide would stop zooming AND re-centering as is
does now. Indeed, one may use toolbar buttons or set up keyboard shortcuts to
accomplish the same, but then again, the mouse is there to be used, and I have
few objections to having more than one way to do things :)

Personally, I'd like to use + for zoom in and - for zoom out, and I can set up
Guide through the toolbar dialog to do this, where it for the fact that a zoom
out one level option is not present. There's a zoom in one level and a zoom out
four levels. Hmm...

Still, I may not need it. I just discovered that by clicking my scroll wheel,
Guide zooms out one level :)
