Bill,

I finally got the SDP4 working in VB.net. Using the SGP4 model I get
position errors of less than 30 arc sec compared to Guide 8. On the other
hand, after installing SDP4.dll in guide and using a Molniya as a reference,
I get the same reading as the SGP4 model in VB. I did not see much of a
change in Guide either. With SDP4 in VB.net I get 2.5 arcmin less in RA and
5 arcmin in dec compared to Guide which I hope is now using the new
sdp4.dll. I have installed the latest Guide update. I have rechecked the
data twice, line by lines compare to the test data on your WebPages, good
match on all. I did not limit params as you did but I don't believe the
error would be as great, limited or not. I have not tested the code speed
for it yet, I'll let you know.

Denis
