occultation of Nephele

On Sunday (Saturday evening EST) the asteroid Nephele will occult the star HIP 18735. I downloaded the latest MPCORB data and had Guide plot a path on the map of the Earth. The path is very different then the one found here http://www.netstevepr.com/Asteroids/2002_11/1103_431.htm Guide's path is much further south with the path crossing Atlanta. I used the MPCORB data from August and the path is north crossing Knoxville but still south of what the web site shows. I turned off use MPCORB data and the path is further south then Atlanta. The Question I have is who is right?
