I don't know if Guide can do exactly what you want, but surely it can produce very interesting movies on particular astronomical events.
But if you want something that seems devoted mainly to this, try CELESTIA: it's freeware, and absolutely wonderful.
The only problem is that if you want see ALL what CELESTIA is capable to show, you need a very powerful graphic card and processor.
But in "NORMAL" resolution it works very fine.
