I don't get the same problem as you, even when guide shows all 8000+ objects in earth orbit.
I would remove the Soyuz TM34 and anything else attached to the ISS . I would just use the orbital elements for the ISS. Soyuz TM34 is docked to the iss , but you wouldn't think so looking at it in guide. It's not a bug, it's just because they have different orbital elements for the various modules of the iss, for some unknown to me reason.
Here is the latest orbital element for the iss.
