With the help of Bob Elliott I tracked down a missing "\" in my data
line.

My other problem which caused things to really crash for some reason
was running Charon through a DOS window. I would invoke the DOS window
type in Charon and enter the data. Then when I "saved" things the
program crashed with a screen of detail. This didn't happen if using
GSC-ACT. Really strange. Anyway, when I run Charon from Windows
through a "shortcut" everything works just fine.
