Hello Mark,

I think this should be doable with marks. First save the your normal
screen settings as a mark. Then fine tune the settings for printing
and save that as a mark. Next you'll want to edit out the lines that
control things that need not be changed like time and location.

Now you have two marks which you can use to toggle the appearance for
screen and printer use.
