Wow! Hey, this is a feature I've been thinking of as useful. Thank you for
including it!

This may often amount to a LOT of asteroids, and the view is so cluttered to
become useless. I look forward to give the new feature a try.

Speaking of the MPCORB, I downloaded it the other day. I have started a new
observing project in which I have the ambition to see the first 100 asteroids
(86 to go!), and to help with that I cut the first 100 asteroids from the full
MPCORB.dat file, and placed the new, _much_ smaller MPCORB.DAT file in the Guide
directory. Toggling the Use MPCORD.dat menu item displays these 100 asteroids
just nicely.

However, when I later edited this file and removed the asteroids I had already
observed, the labels disappeared. That is, Guide would display the name if I
selected that, but refused to use the asteroid number as a label. Is it because
the edited MPCORB.DAT now contains a discontinued series of asteroid numbers?

Not a big deal for sure, but it still seems a little odd. At any rate Guide is
an invaluable tool for planning these kind of observations!
