Re: Astrophysics mount -> LX200

I tried Guide7 when I first got my AP 600E a couple of years ago. I
found that when using the LX200 protocol that the scope wouldn't stop
slewing at all. The scope just kept going around and around and
almost hit the pier! I haven't tried using Guide7 for slewing the
scope since.
There are some critical subtle differences in the way the protocol is
used by Astro Physics. Chris Marriott and Dave Lane had to make
changes to get their programs to work. (Very wrong of me to mention
the competition.)
