Hi Jari,

What I think the problem is where you are showing pixels.
If you go to..
Display
CCD Frame
A dialogue box comes up and one of the right boxes says Show Pixels.
If this is checked then you get squares in the CCD frame.
Just uncheck it and they disappear.
