I was trying to adjust the contrast of a POSS fits that was stored on a CD. I
get an error message that
Guide8 has caused an error in Guide8.exe and will close Guide. Restarted
computer but still won't correct itself.

A while before that I had tried to download a DSS from Internet without being
connected (56k modem).

But after shutting down computer and started Guide everything seemed OK.

Any help would be appreciated or do I do a re-install.
