Sorry, no.
It's quite conceivable that I'll add it. The "Add DSS Image" in the
RealSky/DSS Images dialog does a very similar thing, except that
instead of using WCS keywords, it uses DSS-specific keywords.
A while ago, I looked into adding the same capability for WCS,
and rejected it because at the time, WCS was not especially
"standardized" (in particular, people were swapping angular
units between arcseconds, degrees, and radians). I think this
is no longer such a problem, so I may revisit the topic.
Alternatively, images with or without particular FITS headers
can be overlaid in Guide, by first processing them with Charon:

Charon was originally written for folks doing asteroid astrometry,
but it occurred to me that as long as it was doing that, it was also
figuring out all the data needed to align images on star charts.
