Hi Roger and others

Here's the orbital elements for 2002 NY40 from the jpl. I got the
info from the dastcom database. I had to contact the jpl, as they
were using an older epoch of osculation, then the mpc. They have
corrected the epoch of osclation. Sometimes when you ask nice, they
will fix it:) Thanks jpl!
