Try doing a Screen Capture instead using the printscreen key or the capture
function in Paint Shop Pro.
This works AOK all the time for me.

Simply it saves the screen image (everything on screen) to the clipboard...
Press Ctrl V to paste it into a new image in your favourite editing program
such as Photoshop, Fireworks or PSP.
