Here is a site for those in ontario canada, to hep find yout latitude and longitude.

There you will find what are know as ontario base maps, a topographical type map. Depending on when you house was build, you will see it or not . It is a 1:10000 scale map. You can locate your house, then get the UTM coordinates in the old NAD27 datum, which can be converted using this site to latitude and longitude.

You can convert your latitude and longitude in the resulting NAD27 datum it gives as output, to the NAD83 datum using this

Why not then send your latitude and longitude to bill. Then he will know where you are for sure.
