Earth-Moon display
Roger Curry May 12, 2002
Hi, Bill and the group,
I was experimenting the other day to see if the details on the Moon
extended to the far side. I was pleased that they do. I did this by
leaving my location the same, but putting my altitude as 400,000 km.
However, when I tried an animation from that location, I could not get
the Moon to move through the field of view. Is there a way to animate
the Moon's orbit around the Earth as seen from a point in space beyond
the Moon?
Thanks.
