Dosen't work. If I set Time zone to UT and hit F3:
The legend at GUIDE reads 12:00 UT if my PC is set to12:00 CEST

I think I have one of these few machines. I have add to the GUIDE.DAT at
GUIDE directory the line:

TIME_OFFSET=-2

But nothing happens. The same as before: Set GUIDE to CEST, hitting F3,
GUIDE is getting the right time from the PC.
Switching over to UT: Correct UT time, GUIDE subtracts 2 hours.
Hitting F3 again at UT setting: GUIDE gets the time from PC and the legend
reads now the CEST time from the PC but GUIDE set this time as UT.

Close GUIDE at setting UT and starting again. The same - PC time in CEST is
used for UT.

It seams that GUIDE doesn't recognize the line at GUIDE.DAT. Is there
something I'm doing wrong?

Thanks for the new update!!
