Current time setting and time zones

Hi Bill,

I'm running my computer with the cpu clock set to my local time zone CET
or CEST. That's because the cpu clock is sychronized with the DCF77 time
signal and the correct time zone is needed for other applications on the
computer.

On the other hand I would like to run GUIDE with the time set to UT. But
using the "Current time" button or <F3> would give me all the time CET or
CEST from my CPU clock.

Is it possible to tell GUIDE, that it has to add/subtract X hours after
getting the cpu time?

Thanks,

Oliver
