This isn't a bug... it's an "incomplete feature".

When I implemented the new color-coding scheme, I went through
a few features and revised them a little to fit in with the new system.
But I didn't do all of them (at least, not yet). You'll also notice that
lists of lunar phases and apogee/perigees, and solar eclipses, and
Great Red Spot transit times, and many others, remain all red. In
some cases, I'm in no rush to convert (do you really need to know
if the next First Quarter moon appears above the horizon?), but
may do so anyway just for consistency.
