Two things.

First. I want to change the coordinate for V1028 Cyg. I looked in
the Variable folder and found coordinates in the GCVS4.DAT file
listed as:

311028 |V1028 Cyg |195947. +564800*| |UGSS |
13.0 | 18. |P | | | |
| |04285 04285|


I guess this comes out of GCVS, and is probably an earlier epoch
coordinate.

How can I change the coordinates so they will reflect properly on the
screen?

Second question. I attempted to run Chiron from a command box on
Windows 2000. Got an error saying a file was missing.

Can Chiron be made to run on Windows 2000?
