Hi Ben,

My "SkyMap Pro" users have reported the same thing. It's because Guide 8,
like my SkyMap Pro 8, now uses the Tycho 2 catalog rather than the older
Tycho catalog for star charting. Although Tycho 2 is generally a lot better
than Tycho (in the sense that it contains far 2.5x more stars) one area in
which it's significantly worse is in its depiction of multiple star
components. There are several examples in which Tycho contained separate
components but Tycho 2 doesn't. I've absolutely no idea why this should be,
but that's the situation!
