I concur with that.

I have a few ancient laptops; if it is capable of running Win95, then
that is a preferred option. On my old 386, I run Guide in the DOS
version (thanks for sticking with that for so long, Bill!) -- there
really is no benefit to using Win 3.x. -- the DOS version is so much
faster!
