When I added the A2 line to guide.dat, it was the last line of text. When I
accessed the dss, it added the DSS line to guide.dat on the same line as A2.

A2_PATH=13.0;C:\Guide8\a20DSS_SURVEY=0
DSS_SURVEY=0

I had to remove the extra "DSS...." from A2 line and all was well. I did not
enter a CR after writing the A2 line. It may have been a factor.
