Guide 8 has been shipped now to everybody who has ordered a
copy. But I'm still catching up with folks who are in the "free
upgrade" category: that is, those who ordered Guide 7 recently
enough that they are automatically getting a copy of 8.0 at
no charge.

That's a long list, and it will take me a week or so to clear
the backlog. You'll get an e-mail when it's shipped to you, though.
