Owen,

Try the following. Start Guide with the CD and access an asteroid. Close the
program, remove the CD and start again from hardrive. It should resolve your
problem. I got this and other problems and it always solved the issues. It
appears that when an update is installed, Guide does not always see all the
files installed or update itself until the CD is used once.
