Andre. One can get the LX-200 to update quite fast by clicking the <F12>
key many times after you start the slew. Then as fast as your computer will
refresh the screen you will get a new position of the telescope. The cross
hair doesn't move but the star field does. You might try putting the <F12>
click into a loop and see what gives.
