Mars, and Venus. It apparently does not exist for the moon. Until
it does, this one isn't gonna happen.

I am not sure if this helps: The data I have found so far is the
topography data from the clementine spacecraft. According to Jim
Alexopoulos from this website it is the most accurate data so far.
