Geostationary satellites are spread along the celestial equator at roughly
36000km above ground. That is why the only parameter you have to know to
define its position is the equatorial longitude or position. That is a
number between 0 and 180 East (E) or West (W) from the north. You can get
this information from this site www.lyngsat.com. If you go to
www.lyngsat.com/tracker/europe.shtml you'll find that there are several
Eutelsats, you should determine which one you have to point the antenna to.
Then you have to convert the equatorial longitude to terrestrial
coordinates(alt-az). To do so, you can use the "Sat Tracker" in Lyngsat
(using a graphical and not very precise interface)or use the attached Excel
file. In any case you have to provide the latitude and longitude of your
location. When you get the altitude and azimuth of the satellite, just point
the antenna towards it and go! (well, I'm afraid it is not so easy!).

P.S.: remember that the azimuth is the angle in degress counting from north
towards east and altitude is just the angle between the horizon and the
object
