Hi Bill,

That one will be fixed in Guide 8. Aside from turning off nebulae,
you can't shut it off in Guide 7. (Since this one is also an NGC object,
you'd have to turn NGC off as well.)

I posted, a long time ago, a message about the mess of datasets used
for Guide 7 (and previous versions), which occasionally resulted in an
object being listed from several different catalogs, not necessarily all
in the same RA/dec or of the same type, and sometimes varying from one
level to the next. This is fixed in 8.0. You can see this, at least for
levels 1-5, by grabbing the revised data file, described and downloadable at
