The Center for Astrophysics and Panetary Science at Harvard (CFAPS)
has up-to date elements for 1998 WT2 24 based on 48 obsevations at two
oppositions, 1998-2000. They are:

From 48 observations at 2 oppositions, 1998-2000, mean residual 0".67.
Orbital elements from MPC 38537.

Here is a geocentric ephemeris calculated from these elements for
2001 Dec 14.0 to 2001 Dec 16.0 at 0.1-day intervals. It shows that the
asteroid will approach Earth to 0.013 AU on 2001 Dec 14.5 UT and shine
at magnitude 9.1. But it will be moving VERY fast and will be brighter
than magnitude 10.0 for only a couple of days. For a given location a
topocentric ephemeris should be calculated.
