Although Greg has already replied the Atlas of Galactic Nebulae was
published in 3 volumes by Vehrenberg and Neckel and may be still available.
The images come from either the POSS or ESO Schimdt surveys. They were
always quite expensive but may be available from somebody like Willmann-Bell
