Must have been a beautiful sight, the 4 planets even look good on-screen.
Guide 7's default dT shows it as total, with a center-to-center separation
of 2.799". But with my preliminary dT equation, there is a _very_ thin
slice of the Sun showing, and the separation is increased to 1.447'. My
equation works at 1302 B.C. and 1097 A.D., but there's a lot of water over
the dam in between! I was hoping the Babylon eclipse was not in the city,
but... Observation rules.

No, I have to have it, so I'll buy it. I'm already deeper into this project
than I _ever_ intended! I used to just be a happy observer, now I haven't
even looked through a scope since 1986. :-)

Is it inappropriate to put this stuff here? Since only Guide users can
change delta T and follow what I'm doing, this seemed the best place. God
knows, I don't want anything to do with the mess in the NGs.
