Hi Laren,

A few people have reported trouble with the toolbar buttons not
getting added. I have some rather complicated code devoted to the task
of adding new buttons at the right points in the list, all without
disturbing the existing toolbar settings. My guess is that somewhere,
that code is breaking down.

You can brute-force around that problem readily by downloading a
replacement toolbar data file (one that contains all the new buttons):

http://www.projectpluto.com/toolbar.dat

The only downside to this is that it puts you back to the default
toolbar. You'll have to go back into "Settings... Toolbar" and select
the buttons you actually want to have shown. But at least the new
buttons will be in the list.
