I do not see the LX-200 focus controls in "Settings...
Toolbar". What am I doing wrong?

Well, guess it didn't take long to find the first problem...

A text file used by Guide to list the assorted install options was
left out of the final GUIDE7B.ZIP file. You can either download it
again, or (much faster) just download and unZIP this 495-byte file:
