Dear Michael Koch,

a long time ago I createt on a rainy day in the NW of Germany ( Emden ) a working example for my horizon. It works perfekt without any disturbances.
May be it ist somethig you want. The red signes mark the sunset point at my horizon of the longest and shortest day of the year.
