Pete....there is a "short list" of NEOs specifically for GUIDE, but it is not a critical list; URL is:

Perhaps you can use this as a workaround....it is ALL NEOs but is not the entire MPCORB and the currently observable NEOs and potential hazardous targets.

Well, since I'm pretty much locked into Win 10 Pro and since MPECSort seems to be incompatible with that OS, can ANYONE tell me what I should be downloading from the MPC site to load critical list objects into Guide?

I believe that most/many Guide 9 users are doing astrometry.  And it's my impression that the MPC wants astrometry to target "critical list" objects.  So someone's probably got a work-around.  No?
