OK, got it fixed. If you go to (same link as before)

https://www.projectpluto.com/temp/occ.zip

you'll get the same occultation data as before, but the links
to the PDF will go to the new site and you won't be asked to log in.

This just covers 2018 and 2019. Doesn't look as if they have data
for previous years.
