The .hee extension file can be opened in a text editor i.e. Notepad. The file name
has to be kept as *add_mpc.hee* for Guide to read and display the downloaded page.
The download feature on my browser has the file name correct (add_mpc.hee) so I
just downloaded it without having to add the txt extension.
