did you install Guide 9_8.zip before installing Guide 9.1 ?
See last paragraph on this page: https://www.projectpluto.com/update9.htm
[If you didn't, just copy / paste the Guide 9_8 zip files (over the Guide 9.1 files) into your Guide main folder and then do again what you did first (i.e. copy paste the Guide 9.1 files into you Guide folder].
