Don't be to quick to judge. The problem was difficult for him to translate
in English . He apologized first and as far as I am concern it was perfectly
acceptable.

The English language used on this group is an intent not a hard fast rule,
IMO. When someone has a problem and ask for help, many of us can provide an
answer using private email. I truly believe astronomy is universal, so is a
smile and a helping hand. Lets be civil and not so quick to jump to
conclusion.

My Opinion,

"Yes I speak french!"
