If you cannot understand french messages, the only thing you have to do is
to delete them. So, it will be for you like as if it had not been sent,
and just like what you suggest it should be. For other people,
messages in another language may be useful. So I believe everybody
has to be "fair play".

So I am ! Hum : I mean french speaking, but I am living in Belgium. You
know, it is that little country with dutch- and french- (and even german-)
speaking people. Oooooh ! I have forgotten, italians, turkish, greek, arabs,
and so on. And of course english-speaking people. I can state that the
better way is that everybody makes an effort to understand others in their
own language.

Don't forget that we all live on a tiny planet.
It is not worthwile struggling about language used on a list.
