I have always had this problem and it likely is not anti-virus or firewall related, since I have that turned off on two of my computers that cannot download the images.  I suspect that the target URL(s) is missing from the Guide program for those of us unable to upload those images.

Hi John,
    I'm running the same version and am able to download and view DSS images. I have "show images" checked and under downloads "All" is selected and clicked DSS from internet and the image popped up. Any guess for a problem would be a wild guess on my part like your anti virus blocking it? Steve
