Hi John,
    I'm running the same version and am able to download and view DSS images. I have "show images" checked and under downloads "All" is selected and clicked DSS from internet and the image popped up. Any guess for a problem would be a wild guess on my part like your anti virus blocking it? Steve

My DSS from Internet does not seem to be working (for a while now). I am using Guide 9.1 (10 Dec 2015 version) on Win 7.

I hope I am not missing something obvious.
