Go to:
http://www.minorplanetcenter.net/iau/Ephemerides/EphemOrbEls.html

click on "Comets"
On page select "Orbital elements in form suitable etc,etc, etc"
On that page Select "Guide(Project Pluto)"
Right click on page and "Save as" to where you want it to go
Then alter name to "soft02cm.txt"

Voila
